Scope of Work – Designs Adda 7 provides architectural and design services as per the agreed-upon project scope. Any additional work beyond the initial agreement will be subject to extra charges.
Project Timeline – The estimated project timeline will be communicated at the start. Delays due to client revisions, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances may impact the completion date.
Payment Terms – Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Any delay in payments may result in project suspension until dues are cleared.
Revisions & Modifications – Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as per the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property – All design concepts, drawings, and 3D models remain the intellectual property of Designs Adda 7 until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Client Responsibilities – Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and feedback within the agreed timeframes to ensure smooth project execution.
Liability & Warranty – Designs Adda 7 is not responsible for any structural failures due to construction errors, material defects, or third-party contractor negligence.
Project Cancellation – In case of project cancellation by the client, a cancellation fee will apply based on the work completed. No refunds will be issued for completed work.
